Job Applications

The County has many IT Positions listed on NeoGov. Some are open for application submissions continuously while others are only open for applications when needed.  Analyst level I/II positions are typically open for applications year round. Here is a brief overview of the process.
  1. Find one or more positions you are qualified for at NeoGov.
  2. Apply for the position, or request to be notified when the position is accepting applications. 
  3. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed to ensure minimum qualifications are met, ranked, and placed on a list of candidates.
  4. ​ At this point, any hiring manager can pull in applicants from the top 3 ranks of that list to conduct interviews. 
  5. Selected applicant must pass a LiveScan background check.
  6. Hiring manager works with selected applicant to choose a start date.

Online Applications Only

Applications are only accepted electronically via www.GovernmentJobs.com. This is part of an ongoing effort to streamline employment processing, standardize the format of applications, and reduce paper. If you do not have a computer, we have two computer kiosks available at our office location or you are welcome to use any of the public access computers at your local public library.
